Here is some information to help you with arrivals to hurghada airport ✈️

1) on the plane ✈️ you should be given a landing card to complete for each passenger so make sure you have a pen 🖊️ not all airlines do it but majority do, I will explain further on what to do with this

2) when you arrive at hurghada airport you will walk down a long corridor, when you get to the area you will see reps shouting – look to the right and you will see 2 bank  🏦 desks, here is where you purchase your visa, 25usd per passenger and everyone has to have one, cash 💵 only and you can pay in English also, they will just simply stamp your passport with the visa, they also have change too so don’t worry if you do not have the exact money 💰 PLEASE IGNORE THE STAFF SHOUTING YOU TO GO TO THEM EVEN IF THEY CALL YOUR FLIGHT ✈️ IF YOU GO TO THEM YOU WILL PAY MORE! 

3) After you have your visa just walk through to passport control 🛂 area, here you will give them your passport and landing  🛬 card, they will check your visa you have just bought 

4) Proceed to go down the escalator where there will be another security guy who will check your passport again, once down the escalator you will see tv screens telling you which belt number for your bags, here you can get a trolley for your bags, there are some airport staff who will try to help you with your trolley just say La Shokran (no thank you) and take your trolley, if they do help you expect to pay them a tip.  Also in this area are toilets, smoking  🚬 room, and a duty free shop 🏬 

5) Once you have your bags proceed to the exit, here you will have security, you will have to put all your bags through a machine, here they may ask to check your bags 💼 and will ask you to go to the side and open….remember alcohol is 1litre per passenger, medication that is only available on prescription it’s have labels, or prescription sheet or doctors note, no drones allowed 

6) once all this has been done you can then proceed to go outside
